Jarmila Hoznauerová Production From 1992 to 1998 Jarmila Hoznauerová was a producer at the Ostrava studio of Czech Television. In 1998 she moved to Prague to work as a freelance producer (collaborating on projects such as ’10 Centuries of Architecture’ and documentaries about Czech urban architecture or projects by the documentary-maker Pavel Štingl). Since 2001 she has been back in Ostrava, and has been employed full-time by her children! Why am I involved in the project? It is an excellent opportunity for me to become better acquainted with Ostrava’s cultural scene and above all to take part in a worthwhile project run by people who guarantee outstanding quality and creativity. It also allows me to apply my skills and experience from previous production work. … and why should Ostrava be Capital of Culture 2015? - Ostrava needs it! - Funding for children’s workshops (I hope), multicultural events, greater involvement in cultural life for the people of the city and the region! <<< back |
